Joe Stango from Connecticut is trying to get a law passed that will give all Americans on Medicaid the right to choose where they want to live – in a nursing home or in their own home.
Deb Bailey and Sarah Hyserman help run a program called “Money Follows the Person” that lets people in Kentucky living on Medicaid leave nursing homes and go back to their own homes to live, if they want.
